In the Mix: Mixology Series

The juiciest happy hour date this month is on Thursday, April 23 when Fashion Island debuts our In The Mix cocktail series with The Botanist Gin.  Join us at Seitz Park near RH for aperitifs alfresco with an ocean view from 3-5PM. The vibe: Classroom-meets-cocktails. The lesson: Summer’s coolest drinks.  

The Botanist is distilled on the Scottish island of Islay with 22 inventive ingredients, among them lemon balm, red clover and mugwort, as well as nine classic aromatics, to produce an artisanal, small-batch spirit. In the Mix is Fashion Island Seasonal Mixology Series—a luxurious, quarterly experience inspired by the essence of each season.  Can you tell your martinis from your negronis?  Sign up.
