The ideal candidate will partner with senior management to define and execute an outstanding in-store experience. The candidate will have a deep understanding of client relations as well as California brands across jewelry, fashion, beauty, and home and an awareness of relevant local and global trends. They will also relish the prospect of working with a small team to give this one-of-a-kind store a huge presence.
  • Responsibilities: 
    • Responsible for assorting, merchandising, stock management and price positioning across all categories. Establish close relationship with local consumers while also educating and motivating sales associates.
    • Influence stock depth while merchandising / display in-store and have product knowledge.
    • Setup for events/promotions including receiving deliveries, setting up store, assisting Event Manager, staffing for events.
    • Managing E-Comm business and overseeing service orders.
    • Curate and plan social media content with resources from C Magazine. Partner with Magazine to Align Happenings and manage content via upload calendar.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years in retail and some e-commerce experience.
    • Outstanding product sensibility and taste level. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of retail math and retail systems.
    • Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce.
    • High level of time management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Shopify.
