True Food Kitchen has officially unveiled the launch of its new summer menu. The brand’s balanced take on summertime favorites features a variety of new culinary dishes, hand-crafted cocktails, and natural refreshers  with seasonal ingredients like tomatoes, watermelon, corn and peaches, that are at their peak of freshness and  flavor. The full list of seasonal additions to the True Food Kitchen menu include: 

CULINARY DISHES  

  • Good Earth Kale Cobb Salad: cashew poblano ranch, avocado, corn, snap pea, pickled jicama, cherry  tomato, garbanzo bean, gorgonzola (vegetarian, gluten-friendly)  
  • Pan Seared Sea Bass: sustainable sea bass, zucchini salsa verde, street corn, chimichurri, cherry tomato,  cauliflower rice (gluten-friendly) 
  • Shrimp Tacos: jicama slaw, cherry tomato, chimichurri, zucchini salsa verde, street corn, cauliflower rice  (gluten-friendly) 
  • Grass-fed Steak Tacos: jicama slaw, cherry tomato, chimichurri, zucchini salsa verde, street corn,  cauliflower rice (gluten-friendly)

HAND-CRAFTED COCKTAILS  

  • Watermelon Mojito: lime-infused rum, watermelon, mint, lime

  • Dragon Fruit Margarita: organic tequila, dragon fruit, ginger, lime  

 

Throughout the summer, True Food Kitchen will also introduce a handful of limited time features at selected  locations. 

  

LIMITED TIME FEATURES  

  • Watermelon & Avocado Tartare: (available June 30 – July 21) black sesame ponzu, watermelon, avocado,  bibb lettuce, house-made crispy plantain chips (vegan, gluten-friendly) 
  • Peaches & Burrata: (available July 28 – August 11) organic peach, elderflower, burrata, organic arugula,  roasted pistachio (vegetarian, gluten-friendly) 
  • Crispy Spicy Tuna: (available August 18 – September 8) wild caught tuna, spicy mayonnaise, scallion, chili,  masago, sticky rice, soy glaze, black sesame seed (gluten-friendly)
