Kitchen Confidential
This fall, Cucina Enoteca debuts a foodie curriculum of workshops from pasta making to mixology. We get the first taste.

Feeding off the popularity of its winemaker dinner series and Beast Feasts, Cucina Enoteca is rolling out an all-new series of interactive private classes designed for intimate gatherings, team-building, and unforgettable celebrations.
Cucina Workshop, which is by Chef Cesar Sarmiento and Beverage Directors Micah Tarr and Luke Wilmoth, features hands-on pasta making, pizza parties, and mozzarella demos to charcuterie board building, mixology sessions, wine tastings, and more.
“We’ve always loved creating experiences that go beyond the plate and it’s clear people are craving that kind of connection,” says Tracy Borkum, Principal of Urban Kitchen Group. “These private workshops are our way of leaning into that energy and expanding our guests’ experience.

Classes start at $50 per person with a minimum group buy-in and include curated experiences such as a glass of wine, chef-led instruction, and take-home goodies, with customization options available. Perfect for corporate retreats, holiday parties, or a unique gift experience, these customizable workshops bring guests up close with culinary experts for an engaging, flavor-packed adventure.
Guests can roll fresh pasta with the chefs, master the art of charcuterie styling, build their own pizzas, or sip through guided wine tastings with our sommeliers—all paired with good fun, and great company.

Cucina Enoteca offers a unique dining experience that blends the rustic charm of an Italian farmhouse with the fresh, organic sensibility of Southern California. This popular spot is more than just a restaurant; it’s a retail wine shop concept, allowing guests to browse a curated selection of over 200 labels and enjoy their chosen bottle with their meal for a minimal corkage fee.
“It’s hands-on, it’s social, and it turns any gathering into something really special,” says Borkum of Cucina Workshop. “Where else can you sip wine or learn to make a cocktail while pulling rolling pasta by hand?”
