In a place known for discovering new treasures, this panoramic outlook offers something timeless—Newport Beach’s enduring beauty.
Did You Know?
On a clear day you can see Catalina Island, a silhouette on the horizon. Located 26 miles away, it’s an easy one-hour boat ride to reach one of California's Channel Islands, part of Los Angeles County.
This stretch of Pacific is beloved amongst sailors worldwide. The Newport to Ensenada race started in 1947 and takes place each April with fanfare. Famous participants include Humphrey Bogart, Walter Cronkite, and Dennis Conner.
With the American flag framing the views, the park provides a patriotic moment. The park also features a monument dedicated in memory of Roger Seitz, an Irvine Company architect and urban planner.
